Ann Block serves as Director of Client Relations for Tero International. Ann joined the Tero Team in 2007.

Ann works with new and existing Tero clients to establish and maintain solid relationships to ensure all who are associated with Tero have a positive, quality experience. Ann works with customers that may not know how to get started with organizational assessment. She helps organizations to assess how macro and micro trends, along with organizational changes, are impacting the human dynamics in business. This assessment helps Tero clients ensure that the employee development initiatives they choose to implement are closely matched to organizational goals and don't risk falling into the category of 'training du jour'.

She brings more than 25 years experience to her role. Prior to joining Tero, she was a Manager with training and human resources responsibilities at Principal Financial Group, a Learning Consultant for VisionPoint, an Independent HR Consultant and has served in various educational and staff roles in schools in the Des Moines area (Sacred Heart, St. Francis and Dowling Catholic.)

Ann holds designations with the Fellow Life Management Association (FLMA), Health Insurance Association of America (HIAA) and Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) associations. She earned her B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa. You may see Ann at Greater Des Moines Partnership or West Des Moines Chamber events.
