Marcie Osmundson is an Educational Consultant for Tero International. She joined the Tero Team in 1998.

Her professional teaching experience spans 42 years. Since retiring from a rewarding career in the public schools and as a faculty member at Iowa State University, Marcie now enjoys her role as an Educational Consultant for Tero.

Marcie's professional objective is to promote quality life and education through design and facilitation of innovative programs. Her unconventional teaching methods have long stood the test of time and studies in emerging fields of research have confirmed her entrepreneurial approach to education was well ahead of its time. She is a much sought after speaker in business on the subjects of Total Quality Management and Quality In Education.

Marcie earned her M. S. in Education and Curriculum from Drake University, her B. S. in Education from Drake University and attended Waldorf College, Pre-Professional, Elementary Education.
