Welcome to the Tero February eZine
March 6th, 2017, one month from today, Tero International introduces an exciting vehicle to promote learning and discussion on interpersonal skills vital in the workplace. Your Invisible Toolbox will air every Monday from 9:03 - 9:20 a.m., seventeen minutes of live on the air discussion of the invisible tools necessary for business success.
Why "Your Invisible Toolbox"?
This new weekly live stream program will highlight another exciting development at Tero. In April, the anniversary of Tero International's 24th year in business, our first book, Your Invisible Toolbox: The Technological Ups and Interpersonal Downs of the Millennial Generation will be published and available via Amazon. We believe the ideas and tools in this book create a platform for an ongoing discussion of the interpersonal tools critical to success. Written with the largest cohort in the workplace in mind, the millennial generation, the themes and ideas the book presents will translate into learning for those of all ages and stages in their careers.
Working across geographies and industries with groups and individuals for over two decades has afforded us a unique opportunity. We have seen firsthand the interpersonal dilemmas, struggles, problems and decisions facing business professionals. The tools in the Invisible Toolbox were forged from what we have learned works, and they reflect what is necessary for everyone to have on hand in order to effectively relate, connect, understand and lead.
Although the purpose of our monthly eZine is to relay articles and activities to enhance the full repertoire of your interpersonal skills, we pause this month on the advent of our new livestream learning event and published book to also walk you through the various platforms we provide for you to access the important interpersonal skills of success. The readership for the eZine is now 18,000 strong. This issue is designed to acquaint you with everything you need at your fingertips to keep your learning ongoing and your success inevitable.
Microsoft has not yet invented the software that calms an irate customer, juggles multiple and conflicting priorities and collaborates with team members to solve a complex problem - all on the same day. Apple has not yet designed the device that negotiates conflict with a colleague, demonstrates compassion to a loved one, extends kindness to a stranger or mentors a protégé. Tero does have 24 years of research and experience helping individuals access and demonstrate the skills that make the difference. Join us in exploring these in this month's eZine, and on March 6th... live!
