Amy brings 16 years of experience as an entrepreneur and attorney to the Tero team. As an attorney, Amy has practiced law in a wide variety of fields including immigration advocacy, corporate compliance, and consumer protection. Most recently, Amy is co-founder and former CEO of Des Moines' first industrial services start-up.
Her legal and leadership experiences give her a unique perspective to help business owners and professionals hone and grow their skills. She believes deeply that the incredible value of Tero's in-depth research, formatted into engaging and purposeful learning, is integral to anyone looking to advance.
Amy holds a B.A. in English Literature from Iowa State University and a J.D. from Drake Law School, where she was honored to be an Opperman Scholar.
