Choose the competency that is most important to professional success in the role or organization you have in mind. If neither applies, you may click on the “skip” button.

A10After you have made your choice from each pair of cards presented, you’ll see a screen like the one above. Listed are the 5/10 (individual/organization) competencies you choose as the highest priorities in your Tero Card sort. Review the list and choose the most important from this list. Drag it to the top of the list. Do this with the other competencies so that the 5/10 cards are in rank order from most important to least important
