Welcome to the Tero February eZine

If you look back on the past couple years, you've probably experienced quite a few changes, good and bad. And can be difficult to experience change, even if it's for the better. You might be thrilled about a promotion, for example-but you'll still have to adjust to changes in your relationships at work.

It might be difficult to leave the familiar behind, but change is inevitable. It's important that we all know how to handle it well. That's what this month's eZine is all about. We'll help you not just face the changes in your life, but embrace them.

This month's resources will help you better understand change: why it's hard for us, how we can confront it, and how we can even initiate it and use it for success. We've also included a Development Challenge that will show you how to practice simple changes throughout your day.

This month's feature article was written by Tero's Digital Marketing Intern Kyndal Lindsay. She discusses her perspective on change and ways in which one can recognize the past and how to move forward.

We hope this month's eZine will inspire to move forward, without letting a fear of change hold you back.
