Welcome to the Tero May eZine


Do you find yourself feeling unmotivated at work? Do you feel like you have no energy or are simply going through the daily motions? Are you struggling just to generate new ideas? It can be extremely frustrating when you feel stuck or stagnant at work. That's why this month, we're bringing you advice on getting past the plateau.

You'll also find information for staying creative, reconfiguring your job, and knowing when it's time to move onto a new opportunity. This month's Feature Article focuses on faulty goal setting. Everybody sets goals, but we might be making mistakes when we set them. Those mistakes can ultimately keep us from reaching our goals.
