Welcome to the Tero December eZine

If you're lucky, you have a job that you really enjoy. But even if you love your job, you likely still experience fear in the workplace on occasion. Are you afraid of missing out on a promotion? Working with people who have different agendas? Not being taken seriously as a leader? Getting in trouble for being yourself? Something completely different?

It's completely normal to have some fears related to work. And the good news is that you can overcome them. Get to the root of your fear, and then address it. You might think that's easier said than done-but this month's eZine will show you exactly how to do it.

Our Development Challenge this month will help you focus on achieving small wins, even in the face of fear. We're giving you several resources, which detail how to define your fears, overcome them, and even use them to your advantage. One of our resources also describes how leaders can help their employees past fears and doubts.

This month's feature article is from Tero's president, Rowena Crosbie. She will explain how you can change your emotional state. Remember that fear is just another emotion-and you can choose an object that triggers a positive emotion.

Don't let your fears hold you back. Keep reading, and learn how to face them head on.
