Welcome to the Tero October eZine
Can imagination affect success?
In the Charisma Myth, How Anyone Can Master the Art and Science of Personal Magnetism, author Olivia Fox Cabane promotes the brain constantly rewires and strengthens itself through mental preparation. Professor Stephen Kosslynn , Director of Stanford's Center of Advanced Studies in Behavioral Sciences relates "there is good evidence that imagining oneself performing an activity activates the parts of the brain that are used in actually performing that activity". Telling our mind what we want our body to achieve alters our brain and body's response. Imagining and visualizing ourselves succeeding boosts charisma and success.
This month's eZine focuses on changing how we prepare in order to change our results. From goal setting, to imprinting, to reinventing how we see ourselves, this issue provides quick tips for big changes to mentally prepare for aligning intentions and achieving results.
