When time is of the essence and you need to acquire skills quickly, in a private environment, Tero’s Executive Coaching programs are a fit for your goals.
We understand that the more senior the executive, the higher the expectations and the fewer number of peers the person has to lean on in challenging situations. An executive coach is the confidential lifeline for building critical skills.
Due to its highly personalized and individualized approach, all coaching is goal focused and designed around the unique needs of the Client.
A complimentary, preliminary meeting is held to discuss the coaching relationship, introduce the parties and ensure commitment to the process.
If the Client decides to proceed with the coaching, a contract is executed to formalize the confidential nature of the relationship and to set out the framework for the coaching.
Tero is able to provide Executive Coaching in the following areas. A needs assessment will pinpoint your top priorities so a customized development plan can be created for your unique needs and goals.
Executive Coaching relationships typically run between six and ten months in length. Coaching sessions are one to two hours in length (90 minutes is common).
Tero Cards is Tero’s proprietary planning tool. They are a user-friendly, hands-on planning tool designed to help organizations and individuals accurately connect business goals to professional development.
We invite you to conduct a needs assessment/gap analysis to determine your top professional development goals. Tero Cards is a complimentary, online digital tool to assist with this.

Executive coaching is very personal. Executives in coaching relationships often disclose private information, company secrets and closely-held strategies all in pursuit of growth and development. A question for anyone contemplating hiring coaching should be, can the executive coach be trusted?
Beyond competency, subject-matter expertise, and experience, how do you determine trust in your coaching partner? Consider Confidentiality, Discretion, and Ethics as deal-breakers when selecting a coach.
For nearly 20 years, Tero International has provided Executive Coaching services. We take our responsibility as a trusted partner very seriously.
Tero coaches are part of a cohesive team under exclusive contract to Tero. They do not provide coaching in any other context, ensuring focus on the needs of the Client and not on any competing or personal agendas that may exist.
Members of the Tero Coaching Team are required to sign confidentiality agreements to protect both Tero and the clients Tero serves. Clients can be assured that any confidential information disclosed in a coaching session, including the Client's identity, is kept in the strictest confidence – now and forever.
