This 90-minute interactive session is designed to help leaders who struggle with letting go, or for those who wrestle with delegated tasks not getting completed or falling short of expectations.
By learning to implement a diagnostic tool, leaders are enlightened about the five different roles they play and discover why delegation often fails. They leave with tools to recognize when it is appropriate to delegate and when other leadership approaches are more appropriate to bring out the individual best in others.
Unlike typical e-learning or webinars, which are often boring, all Tero Clinics: Learning in Small Doses are facilitator-led, engaging and highly interactive.
