Our goal should not be getting as much as possible done. It should be getting the most important things done.
This 90-minute interactive session challenges the notion that time management is about getting more done and looks at the critical skill of prioritization. Participants learn how to prioritize activities and tasks across all aspects of life in pursuit of the elusive work/life balance people seek. Through guided discussion and peer learning, participants reveal procrastination patterns and prioritization errors that lead to stress and burnout.
Unlike typical e-learning or webinars, which are often boring, all Tero Clinics: Learning in Small Doses are facilitator-led, engaging and highly interactive.
