This 90-minute interactive session brings awareness to one of the most important leadership activities – providing feedback. During this dynamic session, leaders discover why many attempts at feedback fail. They learn a tool for ensuring that feedback they provide, whether positive or corrective, has the best possible chance for success.

You may cancel your registration up to 14 days before the Clinic. 75% of your registration fee will be refunded. If you need to cancel less than 14 days prior to the Clinic, you may send a substitute from your organization or transfer your registration to another Tero Clinic within one year.
