Jan joined the Tero team in 2022. In her role as Executive Assistant she supports the executives, office functions and provides back-up to the training teams' preparations.
Retired from her recent career of office services and facility management, which followed more than two decades of office interior sales, she brings strong experience and organizational skills to support and enhance the office and business functions at Tero.
After years of community and professional involvement Jan has taken up a quieter lifestyle outside of her work at Tero and supporting Tero's clients.
Jan has two grown sons with families, including 6 children who keep her busy attending their sports team events and cheering them on to amazing successes. As an Iowa State Home Economics College graduate in education, Jan was the first of two entire generations of her immediate family who attended or graduated from ISU.
Unique in the training industry, we use a team approach to most training and executive coaching. This means a diversity of trainers, a variety of trainer certifications, specialties and expertise, and small facilitator to participant ratio.
