Stacy joined the Tero Team in 2022 as a Training Coordinator. Her primary focus is on supporting the trainers behind-the-scenes. She assists with preparing materials for training sessions, conducting participant pre- and post-workshop communication, coordinating workshop travel arrangements, and production of virtual training clinics. She helps ensure clients have a great learning experience and that workshops run smoothly.

Stacy graduated from Central College with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She was an elementary educator for over ten years and held several leadership and mentor roles within her school district. She organized the Family Kick-Off Night to promote the shared reading experience "One School, One Book" in her school. She was an active member of the District Leadership Team and was a Professional Learning Committee leader. She was responsible for analyzing data, gathering feedback, and collaborating on the next best steps to improve the learning experience within the district.

Stacy lives in the Des Moines area with her husband, Rhett, and their two daughters. She enjoys volunteering with youth programs at church and the PTO of her children's school. In her spare time, she enjoys being creative and crafty with her daughters, traveling with family and friends, and taking way too many pictures on vacation.
