Specialty Coaching is for individuals with a very specific area of development focus. Unlike Executive or Professional Coaching, Specialty Coaching is not a Program. It involves only one or two coaching sessions.

Length Of Coaching Relationship

Specialty coaching relationships may be a single session or a series of sessions (depending on goals).

Specialty coaching sessions are typically 90 minutes to 2 hours in length. One or two sessions are most common but more may be desired depending on the specialty.
