Nature Of Coaching Relationship

Tero Virtual Coaching uses digital platforms such as Zoom, Skype or Google Hangouts. Phone coaching is also an option for remote coaching.

Even though the delivery methodology is different, Virtual Coaching follows the standard Tero process. We identify coaching goals and you work with your Tero Coach to accomplish your professional development objectives.

Limitations to Virtual Coaching:

Virtual coaching is appropriate for many areas of Tero coaching. If we believe that a choice to deliver the coaching virtually rather than in-person will compromise the learning experience, we will not offer remote coaching for that topic.

Length Of Coaching Relationship

Virtual coaching relationships may be a single session or a series of sessions (depending on goals). Virtual coaching sessions range in length from 60-90 minutes.
